Terms of Service

Last updated: May 17, 2026. These terms govern your use of PostBreeze. By creating an account, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

PostBreeze("we", "us", "the service") is operated as a sole proprietorship in Sweden by Pontus Abrahamsson. You can reach us at [email protected].

2. The service

PostBreeze lets you connect social-media accounts, compose posts, and publish them on a schedule. The service is provided "as is" and may evolve. We may add, change, or remove features, including pricing tiers, with reasonable notice.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 to use PostBreeze.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password and session safe, and for all activity under your account.
  • One human per account. You may create multiple workspaces inside one account.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, attempt to bypass rate limits, submit illegal content, or violate the policies of a connected network.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you upload (media, captions, posts). You grant us a limited licence to process, store, and transmit that content onlyto operate the service: publishing to networks you've connected, producing previews, and running scheduled jobs. We do not use your content to train AI models or for any purpose unrelated to the service.

You warrant that you have the rights to publish the content you upload, and that it does not violate third-party rights or applicable law.

5. Connected social networks

  • When you connect a network (e.g. Instagram, Facebook Pages, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, X), you authorise us to act on your behalf within the scope you granted (read profile, publish content, read engagement, etc.). You can revoke this authorisation at any time from inside PostBreeze (Accounts → disconnect) or from the network's own privacy settings.
  • Each network has its own terms, rate limits, and publish restrictions. You are responsible for complying with them. PostBreeze cannot guarantee that every post will publish — the network may reject content, rate-limit your account, or revoke access.
  • For Facebook specifically, PostBreeze publishes only to Facebook Pages you administer. We do not publish to personal Facebook profiles or Facebook Groups — Meta does not expose those surfaces to third-party applications.
  • PostBreeze is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Instagram, Facebook, or any other network. Trademarks are the property of their owners.

6. Pricing and billing

  • Paid plans are billed per connected social account on a recurring monthly or yearly cycle through Stripe.
  • Connecting a new account mid-cycle triggers a prorated charge; disconnecting frees the seat for the next cycle without refund.
  • Plan upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at the end of the current period.
  • Taxes are added where required. You can manage your subscription from Settings → Billing.

7. Refunds

Because the service is digital and delivered immediately, paid subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer law. If you believe you were charged in error, email us within 30 days.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Publish content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, hateful, sexually exploitative, or that promotes violence.
  • Use the service to send spam, phishing, or malware, or to evade a platform's rate limits or bans.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or probe the service to extract other users' data.
  • Share your access with parties who have not agreed to these terms.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this section without notice.

9. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. Scheduled maintenance, provider outages, and third-party API changes may cause interruptions. Where a publish fails because of a third-party network, we surface the error but cannot force the publish through.

10. Termination

  • You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing, or delete your account by emailing us (see Data Deletion).
  • We may suspend or terminate your account for a material breach of these terms, a credit-card chargeback, or a request from law enforcement.
  • On termination, scheduled posts are cancelled and, after a short grace period, your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. PostBreeze is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including, for EU consumers, mandatory rights).

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden, unless mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to file in your country of residence.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. For material changes we will notify you by email or in-product before they take effect. Continued use after the change means you accept the new terms.

14. Contact
